Tiger  operates a redevelopement team at Bond New York where he specializes in redevelopeing properties for building owners to rent or sell. He has his own team which includes an Architect, Contractor and Expeditor. Tiger Koehn is also an expert on most neighborhoods in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn and Queens. He is well versed in the History of the City and what amenities each neighborhood has to offer. Tiger is also very familiar with a great many Landlords in NYC and has long term Property Management experience which translates to the renter and buyer, an extensive knowledge of varuious buildings and how they relate to the saftey and comfort of the potential client and customer. Tiger has teamed up with Bond New York because Bond adheres to the highest standards of Real Estate ethics. Bond will always advertise only what is available and if an apartment is not available Bond does not advertise it or use defunkt listing to draw in potential customers. Bond doesn't have to resort to such tactics.Bond is the largest independantly owned agency in town and has the most listings available out of any other firm in NYC private or corporate. In this way he can quickly and easily service the needs of their customers.
