Thomas first became involved in real estate while attending New York University, when he did property management for a private family who owned 25 buildings in the West Village, Chelsea, SoHo and East Village. He has since gained substantial industry experience and incredible insight into these niche sales and rental markets.
Because he was the one who processed and approved rental applications for all these buildings, Thomas knows exactly what landlords look for in an applicant. Today there is no client type or price range he is unable to work with to find the perfect home. "It is my number one priority to ensure that all my clients' experience excellent customer service, become well educated in the markets they're looking in, and ultimately find their ideal home."
Thomas' candid assessment of the market, unwavering level of focus, complete transparency during the process, integrity in all his dealings and ability to articulate and communicate well are the strengths his clients most appreciate. Over the years he has amassed a great deal of knowledge, but more importantly, has built exceptionally strong relationships with customers, clients and building owners alike.
Originally from northern New Jersey, Thomas received a BA in Art History and Fine Arts from NYU. He is an accomplished artist/abstract oil painter who resides in the West Village, plus owns a home in Glen Ridge, NJ
