Thomas Danger Kim specializes in finding and showing the very best homes in the Upper East Side, Midtown East and Murray Hill areas of Manhattan. For every potential client he meets, he shares with them his three goals. The first is to make them happy, because this leads to building a relationship, not just finalizing a transaction. Second, he wants to become their go-to contact for all their real estate needs, present and future. And last, he wants to do such a good job for them that they, without hesitation, refer their friends and family who are seeking homes in the city.
Thomas is not just another agent who makes promises, takes your money, and you never hear from again. He carries a genuine interest in helping people finding their new home while making a lasting impression than simply completing a quick and dirty deal. "I don't want to be the broker you NEED to business with. I want to be the one you WANT to do business with!"
Among his many other qualities, Thomas is very resilient, positive and confident. He's also a great listener, creative problem solver and critical thinker who will find the best solution for your budget, tastes and lifestyle. Having moved to New York himself from Los Angeles, Thomas understands the stresses and challenges, as well as the thrill of finding the right home.
Being Korean-American and fluent in Korean, he likes to hang out at West 32nd Street. A graduate of Cal State Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Thomas previously worked in the accounting field as a financial controller and an accounting consultant, specializing in the small business and tech start-up field. He continues to be very interested in the growing tech industry. Plus he enjoys writing and blogging (www.danger.is), professional networking, playing in soccer and basketball leagues along with running races, from 5K's to to half marathons.
