Suzanne Arcoleo did an excellent job alerting me to new housing opportunities, replying to all phone calls and emails, and conveying a sound undertstanding of market conditions. After 5 weeks of searching through various apartment websites, Craigslist, and calling buildings directly, Suzanne was able to make useful suggestions that fit my price range and desired location. She is responsible, friendly, and takes your inquiries seriously. I would recommend Suzanne’s services to anyone searching for housing in New York City.
