Susan Silverman

I have never used a broker before, and susan makes me want to work w a broker again in my future- specifically her. she is very fast, professional, incredibly responsive, and a genuinely good person. I highly recommend working with her. I was weary at first since a broker is another expense on top of an already large cost of moving, but she was worth all of it. thanks susan!!!

Susan was a phenomenal agent in every sense of the word. She helped guide me through the process, tended to my needs and inquiries and assured that I would get the apartment of my choice. I have never come across an agent who worked so hard in the interest of her clients. Most importantly, she was kind, thoughtful, and kept it real with me. When so much money is at stake, it's good to know that you're dealing with someone who's not only genuine, but cares about what you're looking for. Susan is that agent. I highly recommend her services.

Susan was great to work with! I highly recommend her services. She worked hard to find me the right place. I am moving to the area from the mid-west and was working on a very tight time frame to find a place to call my new home. Despite me being very stressed and overwhelmed by the process, Susan was very patient with me. Thank you so much Susan!

Unfortunately I have to give her 1 star. I would prefer 0. She was definitely nice enough but she's one of the most unprofessional brokers I've dealt with.

I went to see an apartment with Susan but since it wasn't her exclusive listing she immediately starting pitching other apartments. Even after I told her I love that apartment and wanted to fill out an application on the spot. Susan explained she didn't have any applications on her but reassured me that she would be emailing me one by 12p. I left feeling very happy that I would getting this amazing apartment.

When 12:30 rolled around I decided to text her and inquire about the application. She replied telling me that they already have a couple good applications on the apartment so she's holding off submitting mine and within the same text pitched the same apartment she kept pushing on me earlier that morning. WTF?! Because she took her sweet time getting me the application I miss out on a great place. She didn't even offer an apology. This woman is very unprofessional and has no class.

My boyfriend and I looked at about 1,000 listings and a bunch of apartments before I contacted Susan about an apartment. I also gave her a detailed list of what were looking for. Susan had another listing that was perfect for us and when we looked at it we were sold. She and her partner, Jennifer Hall, were great during the process of signing the lease and we are very happy in our new home. I recommend getting in touch with Susan with specific criteria--she will really pay attention to what you actually want.

Susan is great. She had lots of wonderful listings, but they didn't quite work for us. I would recommend her to all my friends.

She said that she didn't have the apartments listed available nor did she have any other apartments in my price range at this time. She didn't really make a connection with me regarding whether she was going to follow up when/if she did or if she was even interested in working with me further.
