Steven is a warm, personable agent who always cares about producing the right results for his clients. Since entering the Real Estate field, first working with a pool of international RE investors then becoming a licensed salesperson, Steven prides himself on listening to each client's unique needs. He has acquired many of his skills from his previous experience in the import/export and insurance fields, giving him sharp business and relationship intuition. Steven personally owns a co-op in Brooklyn where he happily resides with his wife and three boys. "More than anything else, I am working for you, and with you, to help achieve your goals; and I'll base all my actions and intentions on that very important fact." His association with one of the premier real estate companies in NYC affords Steven the luxury of having the most up-to-date data on all neighborhoods and properties in Manhattan and the boroughs. Particularly, he likes to focus on Upper Manhattan including the Upper West Side, and various Brooklyn neighborhoods. Steven enjoys working with a diverse clientele of individuals, couples and families, to find their nesting place. Steven specializes as a buyer's and listing agent, and works with renters as well. Continually conscious of staying updated and knowledgeable of the NYC market, it's not uncommon to find him at an industry seminar or reading some current real estate material. That enables him to provide the best information, housing choices and personalized service to his clients. Born in snowy Syracuse, NY, Steven attended high school in Providence, RI and graduated from Adelphi University with a BS in Business Administration. He loves to explore the city on his bike, do extensive community volunteer work, and relax or travel with his family. Since he got engaged to his Swiss wife on top of The Titlis, 10,600 ft. above sea level in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Switzerland remains one of his favorite vacation spots.

I am in the middle of deciding which neighborhood I want to move to and have yet to make up my mind. Steven has a tremendous amount of knowledge of the different areas not to mention patience with my indecision. I am very happy to be working with such a professional and in the end I know he will match me up with my PERFECT apartment!
