Steven Koutsantonis

A native New Yorker, Steven has had the pleasure of living throughout the boroughs and tri-state area which has given him a broad geographical knowledge of New York City real estate. Earning a 5 year degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute with a minor in graphic design, Steven has the capacity in dedicating himself to completing any task at hand. Having run a family private business and working in an array of design firms, Steven can appreciate the agent to client relationship. Transitioning from a design background to real estate was an interesting progression in that he has now experienced all perspectives of real estate from initial design phases to construction as an intermediate architect to now ultimately marketing, renting and selling the product as a real estate expert.
