Steven Druth made a seamless entry into residential real estate in New York City when he relocated from his native Boston. After over two decades as a successful commercial real estate broker, in north suburban Boston, he found that his business experience and seasoned knowledge of a transaction translated perfectly into New York’s residential market. A really nice guy with the disposition of a gentleman and the tenacity of a professional businessman, Steven has a knack for problem solving and for getting his deal closed for the benefit of those who employ his service.     
 
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, Steven obtained his BA in Economics. In his senior year, he took a course in real estate and loved it. One week after graduation, he started a career in real estate.   He served as the Director of Marketing at Brickstone Properties/US Managers Realty and after twelve years, he opened his own brokerage firm. He served as president of Druth Commercial Real Estate for over a decade, and has been the broker of record on nearly ten million square feet of office and retail real estate transactions. Besides his apartment in Midtown Manhattan, Steven owns homes in Andover, Massachusetts and Newport, Rhode Island.
 
Steven continues to enjoy his new life in Manhattan which he shares with his wife and children. He has embraced all the city has to offer and loves every minute of it. He knows the ins and out of relocating, beginning a new career, and finding a home in a new city, which gives him personal insight and sensitivity to the challenges others may face.
 
As a family man, Steven is very involved with his children’s blossoming careers. Young as they are, his daughter is an Equity actress and singer and his son is a Hip Hop Dancer and DJ.
