Steve rented me a place last week... he was very helpful and made the entire process so easy... Very Professional !

I was very interested in a couple of the apartments Steve had listed, but once I had a few initial conversations with him over the phone he never called back when he said he would. Having to chase after an agent hardly validates a 1 month broker's fee.

I worked with Steve and Greg, both very nice broker's. Their office is amazing!! very cool and innovative for Astoria
