review date 10/17/2011However, Steve was the only one able to find the diamonds in the rough that I wanted to see. Virtually every apartment that Steve showed me was nicer and closer to what I was looking for than any that the other agents had shown me. It was clear that he was better both at looking for apartments and listening to my needs.
In addition, due to my busy schedule, Steve patiently went out of his way to meet me during work hours, in the evenings as well as on weekends until we found the right place.
Lastly, not only was Steve a great agent, but he was happy to share his knowledge of the city and the NYC real estate business. I definitely got an education in NY Real Estate just by listening to him.
