Steve understands how tough it can be finding the right apartment in such a tight rental market. He works closely with customers showing them what's available in the different price points so they have a clear picture of realistic options for their budget, and feel confident moving forward quickly when they find the space they want. With today's historically low interest rates, Steve also encourages those thinking of buying to consider taking that step before rates change. Either way, he is there to guide you and help you fulfill your personal real estate goals. Steve's competitive spirit, creative thinking, proactive approach and entrepreneurial spirit ensure that clients are always apprised of the best opportunities. These valuable qualities, and the drive he brings to every deal, were honed in his previous career as a derivatives trader, and founder of his own proprietary trading firm. A native of Huntington, Long Island, Steve holds a degree in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Washington, D.C. He played four years of college football at Georgetown and is a big New York Giants fan. Steve also follows and studies global financial markets, especially interest rates and government bond markets. He currently has lived in the Murray Hill/Gramercy area of Manhattan as well as Forest Hills, Queens over the years; plus he owns property in Ireland.
