Stephen has over a decade of experience in New York real estate. He and his teams have successfully completed hundreds of sales and thousands of lease transactions. Stephen is certified by the Real Estate Board of New York as a New York Residential Specialist, the premier professional credential in the business. Only 200 brokers, out of over 54,000 in the city, have this designation.
This means that Stephen’s clients will enjoy the highest level of expertise and service.
Stephen's proven approach is founded on a platform of best practices, high ethical standards, and paying it all forward by having fostered the careers of new agents in his roles at an established mid-size firm and, as well, having led a branch office at a major “big brand” firm in the city.
At DSA, Stephen is responsible for new agent development and building the residential sales practice.
He frequently lectures at the New York Real Estate Institute and he was a Director on the Board of the Manhattan Association of Realtors. He was Chairman of MANAR’s Political Action Committee.
Originally from Branford, Connecticut, Stephen has lived in the Big Apple since he came here to attend college. He holds a degree in Philosophy and Literature from Fordham University. Currently a co-op owner in Hudson Heights, Stephen has lived all over the city, from the Upper East Side, Midtown West, the East Village and Alphabet City to Astoria, Queens.
He enjoyed his time as an actor, director and writer, before drawing on his theatrical background to excel at the arts of sales, service and public speaking.
