Stefanie Hofbaur Gee

Originally from Munich, Germany, Stefanie Gee is a seasoned business woman who joined the Manhattan Real Estate Market as a rental agent back in 2005. Within her first year Stefanie was one of the top agents as she was able to secure several exclusive properties for sale and in addition to closing numerous rental transactions and has only grown her business. Her previous experience and her own personable skills brought her success in real estate quickly. Stefanie earned her B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting at the University of Augsburg, Bavaria in addition to a B.A. in Computer science. She was a Project Manager and Programmer for a German firm for many years. The firm relocated her to NYC in 2001 when she then moved to the East Village and continued with that firm for the next five years.

While Stefanie is easy going and easy to work with, she is a very persistent real estate agent. Obstacles only make her more determined to find creative solutions to any problem that may stand in the way of a successful transaction. Her knowledge of both the sales and rental processes is an invaluable resource for her many clients.

Stefanie loves New York City and has come to know it exceptionally well. She enjoys the process of real estate whether she is marketing a building or an apartment for sellers or helping buyers and renters find the property they are looking for. Stefanie is a member of The German Chamber of Commerce and The Real Estate Board of New York and is fluent in both English and German and Stefanie has a big heart and believes in rescuing dogs like her Chihuahua Gomez.
