Stashana Brown entered real estate after working as a salesperson in the high-end fashion and jewelry industry. With a talent for home décor and as a manufacturer of handmade home accessories, she is skilled at transforming her clients’ need to find a home into an opportunity to create the right space for each of them. Stashana has an innate sense of people and pinpointing what they are interested in. She prides herself on listening closely to her clients and keeping in frequent contact with them so that she can build a solid foundation of trust and open communication to make their transaction seamless and hassle free.
Having grown up in Brooklyn, Stashana has loved the city since she moved here as a child from Kingston, Jamaica. Before joining the fashion industry, she attended Hunter College, where she majored in psychology. Instinctually gravitating toward fashion with her heart fixed on the neighborhood of SoHo, Stashana worked for seven years as a jewelry salesperson downtown, with two years in high-end jewelry.
Stashana is one of Manhattan Apartments’ most successful and capable young talents. A rigorous and patient client advocate, Stashana becomes friends with many people she works with. She has the skill and personal insight to transform an often-harrowing rental process into a personal-shopping experience for her clients and the endurance to not give up until she has found them the home they are looking for.
