While I approached Stashana about a particular listing, she demonstrated due diligence by showing me a variety of potential apartments within my price range and desired location. Given I am new to NYC, this allowed me to see what my choices were, and enable Stashana to find the best options based on my feedback. Ultimately she helped me secure a fantastic apartment that fulfilled all of my requirements. It was a pleasure to explore Upper West Side apartments with Stashana as well as get to know her as a person, I truly enjoyed her company. She is great at her job, and is quite simply a gem!

review date 02/22/2012Stashana was the perfect broker. She wasn't pushy at all and could not have been nicer. From the start, she asked the right questions and was truthful about each listing. She knew from just talking with me, my taste and preferences and only showed me apartments that were worth my time. I ended up staying in my apartment and not renting a new one, but I recommend her to anyone and will definitely call her again when I decide to move.

review date 12/11/2011Working with Stashana was such a pleasure. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and was able to comb through a bunch of listings to find & show some great properties. She won’t waste your time with places that are in sub-par condition or in sketchy areas. Even if you have a work schedule that makes it tough to view apartments, Stashana was willing to meet early/late, and will be on time.
Since she is from New York, she’s familiar with all the neighborhoods and will definitely give you the edge and insight you need to know for your new home. Overall, she’s a cool, lovely gal who’s upfront, honest and super responsive.

She was on time, she did her home work, found apartment listings that met my criteria, and she keenly suggested listings that, because of her solid understanding of the market, were well suited to my preferences even though I didn't realize it at first glance. Throughout several complications with getting the apartment, she continued to work hard to resolve every question. Her suggestions about apartments were very knowledgeable, and even when the search became hard, she was encouraging that we would find what we were looking for. In the end, she got my husband and I a great Two Bedroom in Chelsea and made our move to New York a successful one. I would definitely recommend this agent.
