Most would not call back or did not want to help because of my credit history but he understood and immediately contacted me with realistic options to choose from. He is dedicated in finding you the right place for you. I highly recommend working with this agent.

He is extremely friendly and helpful. Responded to my inquiry right away and even though I didn't ultimately rent from him, he was very thoughtful and helpful throughout the process. I even called him when I wasn't sure if I would take a place and he said he would have some stuff ready for me to view if my other apartment didn't go through. I recommend him highly to anyone!

Spiros responded quickly and personally to my inquiry. He didn't ask any follow-up questions or offer to contact me if something similar to what I was looking for came up, but he did suggest I reach out to him in a few weeks.

Spiros helped me and my roommate get exactly what we wanted in our apartments search. After showing us a place and telling him that it wasn't for us, he listened to what we were looking for. Within a week, he found an apartment for us that was perfect for us. He even got our television mounted to the decorative fireplace for free within the first week we were there. Thanks Spiros!

First off let me start by saying I am a very difficult person to please, therefore hard to work with. Initially I was skeptical on working with an agent whose new to the business, however he had an amazing apt for an even more amazing price. Once I spoke with Spiros over the phone, I must say his honesty and enthusiasm made me think differently. We arranged to meet, saw THE amazing apt and a few others that Spiros had picked for me, he was very prepared, but like I said I'm hard to please. A few times I've cancelled an hour before our appointment, yet he still deals with me. I've worked with many agents that are only interested in making commission rather than satisfying my needs, Spiros on the other hand he's professional, courteous, he listens to what I want. He's still searching for the right place for me, I have trust in him.
