Contacted me but never made me feel special.

Snezan was extremely accommodating and punctual! Answered a lot of my questions and working with him was a great experience. I haven't closed on a deal just yet, but I will certainly like to work with him again in the future when the time comes.

Never responded to my inquiry. Finally called him, after saw the posting on a separate site with his phone number. The apartment was not available, and when I suggested he email me the posting for another apartment he thought would be suitable he said "no - looks like you are pretty on top of my postings already". I'm sorry, I am happy to self-serve, but there's no way I am paying a realtors fee to someone who can't even be bothered to take down my email.

Snezan was always upfront, honest and just an overall great guy who was easy to get along with and not pushy about trying to sell us on an apartment we didn't want. He worked hard to find us a place that fit our needs and was within our budget and stayed in touch with us, letting us know about new apartments hitting the market and other places that matched our interests even when our first choice didn't pan out. Snezan was also very flexible about meeting us at times that worked for us and was always quick about responding to messages. I'd highly recommend Snezan as a broker.
