Having never worked with a broker before, Simon dispelled many of the awful stereotypes I'd come to know. He worked diligently to get us our desired apartment, and his good advice and quick action paved the road to our approval. Highly recommend to be your advocate in this increasingly tough rental market!

I thought Simon did a great job helping my roommate and I look for a great apartment in the price range and location we most desired. We are both new to the east coast and had never worked with brokers before. He asks a lot of questions up front but once that was out of the way he very quickly scheduled several appointments to see apartments all in one day. It took us a couple of weeks from start to lease signing. Other brokers often took days to get back to me with listings of apartments Simon had already shown me (and let's face it, we all know how quickly apartments go in the city). He worked hard to help us and it was much appreciated.

Simon found us an apartment right after the hurricane. He was relentless and always had new places for us to look at. He is awesome, laid back, and takes pride in his work. love him!

Didn't rent from Simon, but he was responsive, and good about communication. He answered my phone calls and always got back to me.

I am a hard woman to please. Simon worked quickly and efficiently to find an apartment that was to my exacting standards. On the first day of apartment hunting, the first apartment he showed us was the one. Within a few days he worked his magic keeping both the landlord and us happy. I would highly recommend using Simon if you're looking for a good quality apartment in various areas of Brooklyn. --- He also took the time to give us a sort of tour of the area on our way to the apartments he showed us, explaining what we were passing. Wonderful extra effort he made.

Following a communication mishap Simon has presented himself to be a very thorough broker ensuring that we are well prepared for the apartment search.

Simon is fantastic. He was totally honest, and actually LISTENED to what I needed (an affordable one-bedroom in Bushwick, near my studio). I even had a deal fall through (my fault) only a day before I was going to sign the lease, and he was not only tolerant, but was determined to get my deposit back. If every broker was as courteous and attentive, I don't think anyone would complain about paying the fee.

P.S. I saw an apartment with Simon that I thought a friend would like, and he ended up taking it a couple days later.

Simon was incredibly helpful in not only contacting us and showing the apartment, but also in negotiating where needed with the landlord pre-lease signing. We wound up with a great apartment within our wants/needs. His humor and knowledge of the field made the process smooth and easy which is no easy feat. If you have the opportunity - definitely work with Simon!!

Simon is very thorough and respectful. He listens and goes out of his way to find you exactly what you are looking for. What I liked most about Simon was how low pressure he was. I did not feel like I was dealing with a salesman and he made what is always a very stressful experience a quite pleasant one. He also was very prompt in his response to my initial inquiry, and found me a place that me and my family are very happy with. He does his homework and always stays informed. I did a lot of research on everything before moving forward and he was very patient. I have recommended him to everyone I know who is considering an apartment in New York.

My intitial interactions with simon have been great! He is very organized and has really listened to our needs and has made great suggestions.

Simon is a miracle worker. He not only talks through what apt-seekers want to make sure he doesn't waste their time, he also negotiates well bt different needs (in this case, my daughter's (the apt. renter), me (the mom), the boyfriend, and the landlord. He helps with the paperwork to ensure that the increasingly difficult rental process is successful. Bravo!

After going back and forth. Simon was very helpful and respondent in providing great detail about the property listings.

Though I have not yet decided on an apartment, Simon has already spent 3+ hours with me chatting and gathering information on the kind of apartment that my family is looking for. He is open, honest, and very eager to help me get PRECISELY what we are looking for. Far too many brokers don't seem too interested in helping you get what you're looking for - rather, their concern is what they're looking for, a commission. Simon is a model for brokers working in the area - they should take his lead!

I am sure that soon my wife, 9-month old daughter, our dog, and I will have the apartment we are looking for.
