I have been working with Silvio for a few weeks and he has been fantastic. He is very responsive and always on time. Silvio found a great place for me almost immediately. I was ready to sign on the dotted line, but was just a little too late in getting my docs together. I was reluctant to use a broker after being stung by one last year. However, Silvio was simply, outstanding. There was no problem to big for him. He consulted with us initially on exactly what we wanted, and only showed us things we could afford in the areas we like. There was absolutely no hard sell. I found Silvio to be extremely helpful, I was relatively new to the NYC rental system and he provided insightful advice. Silvio was not pushy at all (like some brokers seem to be) and the apartments that he showed me where all top quality. I really have to emphasize how helpful Silvio was, he was attentive to listening to what I wanted and never tried to apply any kind of pressure whatsoever. He found me a place that is perfect for the expiry of my current address. If I have to find another apartment I will be going back to him for sure.

Silvio is a wonderful person. Very focused on what you need and want. Doesn't play around with words or tries to sell you with something that is off your target. He follows up and sees through any project that you engage with him. Truly recommend him.
