I want to start off by thanking Silvio for helping us find such an amazing apartment. If anyone is reading this its most likely because you are looking for an apartment in or around Manhattan and from personal experience I know it’s daunting and frustrating. Let’s just say I had my share of typical pushy, slick and greedy brokers who would do anything to lock you into a deal which you are not fully comfortable with. Though Silvio was not even close to this stereotype, I mean it when I say he truly understood how frustrating a process finding a home is and made sure you comfortable throughout the entire search. Silvio was extremely knowledgeable and informative which helped me understand what I was truly looking for in an apartment. All-in-all Silvio is a stand up gentleman and I highly recommend him to any perspective Manhattan resident.

I don't usually make time to write reviews on Internet, but I really owe Silvio a lot of respect for how he works. I have worked with several brokers and Silvio is not only the one that showed me the best options, but also the one that showed the most Ethics. He goes above and beyond his duties, and puts a human touch in his job that I haven't found in any other brokers.

Silvio was a life saver. I was moving to NYC from ATL and didn't have time to look for new apartment. Silvio was able to find me the perfect apartment all over the phone . . . . in one week. He did all the leg work and even spotted me cash. He is a hard working and honest broker. Would recommend him to anyone.

Silvio was very honest and a great person to work with, although we didn't end up renting through him (we had already found a place we thought we liked ahead of time) he was VERY helpful in helping us decide to actually go with an apartment that he didn't show us, but he could tell that we really liked. Most other brokers would have tried to steer us towards an apartment they were listing, but he was very honest and helpful in telling us to just go it with the apartment that we liked instead of wasting our time looking at other apartments.

Next time we will be looking for an apartment Silvio will be the first person we call.

I was reluctant to use a broker after being stung by one last year.
However, Silvio was simply, outstanding. There was no problem to big for him. He consulted with us initially on exactly what we wanted, and only showed us things we could afford in the areas we like. There was absolutely no hard sell.
When we found a place, he guided us through the process (Which due to my Britishness was quite a long process) until we had signed for the apartment.

I found Silvio to be extremely helpful, I was relatively new to the NYC rental system and he provided insightful advice. Silvio was not pushy at all (like some brokers seem to be) and the apartments that he showed me where all top quality. I really have to emphasize how helpful Silvio was, he was attentive to listening to what I wanted and never tried to apply any kind of pressure whatsoever. He found me a place that is perfect for the expiry of my current address. If I have to find another apartment I will be going back to him for sure.

Silvio is very knowledgeable and kind. In a tough winter market, Silvio found us a great space in our target neighborhood that met our very tight budget. He adjusted his schedule around ours and was helpful through the whole process.

Very honest and up front with you. Took the time to show me places I had an interest in seeing, and held off on the ones I asked to pass on. Most brokers push them on you anyways hoping something will stick to the wall. He didnt try to sell me with "flashy" things an apt has, that you clearly could care less about. We went by my search critereia, which saved a lot of time. I would definitely recommend.

Silvio was a great guy to work with. Many brokers you come across are really aggressive, but I didn't feel any pressure from him. I ended up finding a place on my own, but if you were to use Key NY, I would recommend working with him. He's a pretty chill, low key guy.
