Sherwin Zanjanian

Always the consummate professional, Sherwin M. Zanjanian brings a varied background in real estate, business and finance which expand his inventory of tools utilized to champion his broker business. With a varied repertoire of experience in residential real estate, Sherwin brings a remarkable energy and distinct management style to his role as Principal and Senior Broker. Sherwin's entrepreneurial savvy was evident early on when at seventeen, he bought an ice cream truck, which he quickly expanded to a fleet and a very successful business which served the neighborhoods of his hometown of Woodland Park, New Jersey. Later on, he took his people skills and management experience to create an entertainment promotion group before finishing his studies at The George Washington University. After university and armed with the theories he learned studying economics and business administration, Sherwin came to New York and spent seven years honing his skills in the financial markets. Quickly moving up the ranks in a boutique private equities firm, he traded-in his analyst license for a broker's one. Serving the New York real estate market for nearly a decade, Sherwin has represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. He has an innate ability to determine his clients' needs and an amiable nature which turns these clients into friends. A quintessential New Yorker, Sherwin currently resides in Gramercy and is an active member of Real Estate Board of New York as well as the philanthropic Razi Health Foundation.
