review date 11/21/2012We did not end up going with an apartment that Shekera showed us, so I cannot speak for the closing process, however what I can speak to is her overall responsiveness and her continued work to find us something that fit our tastes and needs. Shekera showed us several apartments over a couple weeks in the flatbush, kensington and ditmas park areas, frequently reaching out to us to let us know something new was listed that might fit what we were looking for. If you enjoy working with someone that doesn't ignore you, doesn't high pressure sell you, doesn't far overshoot your stated budget limits, and actually provides a service (unlike oh so many other brokers out there), then Shekera is a good bet.
