Rather, after the initial inquiry I received a series of text messages by an associate broker, who flaked on scheduling a viewing, and who subsequently handed me off to another associate, who, in turn, said he would call me, but never did.
My last attempt was with a third associate, who explained that there was some kind of technical issue with the listing in their system. He said he would figure out what was up and call me back.
That was two days ago. I'm not expecting a phone call.
***Update***
As with any online source that rates small businesses, I would suggest that anyone reading this keeps in mind that my experience is subjective. Your experience with this broker might vary greatly, depending upon your circumstances.
With that said, about an hour after submitting this review I received an email from this agent. He seemed far less concerned with the dismissive treatment I had experienced by his associates, and more preoccupied with how my review would impact his overall standing on this site. In fact, he asked me to edit my review - without validating my concerns or asking me whether or not he might be able to assist me, I should add.
I don't want this to seem like a personal vendetta on my part, so I'll sign off by saying my initial review stands, and would add that if I had to choose one adjective to describe my experience with Shane Kramer, it would be "condescending."
