Working with Sebastien made what could have been a torturous search process downright pleasant. From the beginning, he focused on my top priorities for a space and worked with me every step of the way to find me a great space in well-kept building, in the neighborhood I love.

I needed an apartment that could hold a king-sized bed, no easy feat in NYC, but I knew the proverbial needle in the haystack was out there. Sebastien found me an inside scoop well under what I was willing to pay. He found me a true New York miracle!

Courteous, professional and thorough, he went the extra mile for me taking pictures of the renovations taking place in my apartment during the process so I could stay abreast of the developments.

I have already recommended him to my friends. Sebastien is the best agent I've worked with in my experience renting, buying or selling real estate in Charlotte, London, Sao Paulo, DC, Houston, Jersey City and NYC.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Sebastien is fabulous. He showed me what was possible and helped me understand what was really important to me. That is priceless. When the first round of apartments were no-go, he kept me updated with what was new on the market. I eventually decided to stay put, but when I'm ready to move (as soon as the market slows down a little) I'll call him first.
thanks so much Sebastien, and I'll be calling you soon.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Sebastien was very fast in getting back to me after my initial contact. We met and in our first meeting, he took the time to understand my needs as well as my wishes. He then worked effortlessly to accommodate as much of my wishes as possible (which in NYC, can be quite difficult). We visited a few places, and each time he would actually be honest if he thought the place did not fit me. He is also great to work with (great sense of humor, reliable, and available). Thanks to him, i now have a great apartment in a great location and at a very very descent price!

I rented an apartment from this agent.
