review date 10/08/2012I would describe Sasha as a cool guy. He's young and just starting out in the business, but I have to say, he and his business partner, Michael, made me feel the most comfortable and gave me the most confidence than any other broker I had worked with. They were enthusiastic and worked hard to make many viewing appointments for me. I would say 75% of those appointments ended up not working out for varios reasons, so I wasn't able to view many units, but overall, I ended up viewing more units with them relative to any other broker, which was great. Sasha and Michael, from Bond New York understood my situation and even gave me a discount at the end. After we closed the deal, they said they owed me a bottle of whiskey at my house warming party. Lol. I'm still waiting on that one!
