I would highly recommend Sarah, she's easily one of the best brokers you will find here. Looking for a rental, you get pretty used to to being jerked around, so meeting Sarah was a breath of fresh air -- professional, prompt, courteous, responsive, and a totally nice, relatable person -- a rare combination!

I would absolutely work with Sarah again. After a stressful time of looking for an apartment and handing in our application just to have someone else hand in their's first, Sarah was honest and trustworthy. I knew working with her that we were in good hands. When you've been screwed out of hundreds of dollars from other brokers or told "they had more important clients to find an apartment from first", I feel like finding someone as nice as Sarah is rare. The application process was easy and within a few days we were signing our lease. I'd definitely recommend using Sarah to find your apartment.

Sarah responded to my initial inquiry, but I had to follow up with her by phone to schedule our appointment. The apartment we saw definitely wasn't what we were looking for, and she didn't have anything else that fit our profile so that was that.

Sarah rocks. She's very down-to-earth and doesn't spout any of the typical broker BS. I saw one and only one apartment in Brooklyn which Sarah showed to me and I was sold immediately. The credit check and lease signing process was painless and I would quickly recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the Williamsburg area.
