Sarah is incredible! She is one of the best brokers I've worked with -- she listens to what you're looking for, works so hard to find the right place and does it with a fantastic attitude. I was blown away at her professionalism and tenacity. She showed me fabulous places that no one else had. I would work with Sarah again in a heartbeat and will recommend friends work with Sarah in the future. She is outstanding!

Iman is the best broker I've worked with. I had a bad experience with a broker before where I was showed apartments over my budget, but Iman was great and understood when I said I didn't want to see anything that wasn't in my budget. She came up with an organized route of apartments for me to see and took me to see them herself, which is a huge plus instead of looking at apartments with someone's assistant. She was super patient when I was being indecisive in the end and didn't try to push me into one decision or another. I didn't end up renting the apartment from her which she was really understanding about. I definitely plan on calling her back in 6 months when I am ready to look again.

Iman was incredibly diligent, attentive to detail and very insightful. Really appreciated her follow up which wasn't foreful or aggressive but very helpful and reassuring. Would definitely recommend her to everyone eventhough I didn't end up leasing through her.

We just moved to New York City in the beginning of Jan all the way from California. We only had about ten days to find a place so we were in a rush. We found it difficult to find a list of places in the neighborhoods we liked, that accepted dogs, and was in our budget. It's tough to differentiate between scam posts on all the apt sites. We found Best Apartments NYC through a lot of Iman's listings on http://Nakedapartments....

Since several of the apts we liked Iman's, we decided that she was the one to talk to. I contacted her during the holidays and she called me just a couple days later. She's from LA too which put me more at ease for this transition.

When we went to her office on 72nd st, she was super friendly and very informative, which I appreciated we wanted to be sure there was no funny business going on. She took us through each step of the process and all the paperwork.

As soon as she tailored our day of apt viewing to our needs, we met Antonio, our guide for the day. Antonio was a really good guy, great at showing us around, giving us pointers, while keeping the mood positive and funny. We saw a few tiny apts that were overpriced and he was supportive whether we loved a place or hated one. The first day we found a place we really liked in Gramercy, but when we applied the landlord changed his mind about having dogs, so we saw another set of apts the next day. On the second day we found an even better apt in the East Village, our #1 pick as far as neighborhoods went, so we were very happy. We just spoke to Iman over the phone and told her we'd like to submit an application ASAP, and that was it! the next day we got the good news that we were approved, we just had to wait 10 days for the landlord to fix the place up.

Our experience was really great, just remember, you're paying the standard 15% broker fee, (which is worth the convenience, service, and their exclusive listings). And only apply for a place if you 100% want it, because of application fees and the 'goodwill deposit'.

Iman was wonderfully professional and precise on the phone. We quickly set up an appointment and her agent Steven was courteous and on time and really took the time to try to figure out best what we wanted.

I very much appreciated their time and follow through - Iman has very nice listings and we just found something a little more perfect somewhere else.

Sarah was great. Super helpful and very patient. My partner and I were looking for an apartment in the upper west side after living downtown for years, so we were a little hesitant to pull the trigger but she stuck with us! After a few excursions, we found a charming little place on riverside drive that we both just love. Transaction went smoothly and we're moving our stuff in as we speak. Thanks Sarah!

My wife and I were looking for a good sized apt, with a lot of light. Sarah and Iman responded right away and were incredibly helpful. We had to meet them in their office, but were able to see a ton of places in just one afternoon. Looking for a new place is stressful, but Iman helped us find the perfect place. We're very happy with our move! Definitely contact her for a nice apartment!
