Adam's Bio (See Sarah's below):

Adam takes pride in his business, works under a 100% honesty policy, and always has his clients' best interests in mind. He is a dedicated real estate professional who believes that people deserve full disclosure about the market, as well as what to expect during the entire transaction.

"Finding a home in New York City is often a stressful undertaking, especially if you're new to the process. I make sure every client has a good understanding of what is realistic in today's market so we can hone in on the best options for their needs and budget and find the right solution without wasting time."

Every day, Adam enjoys walking around the different neighborhoods of Manhattan and prime areas of Brooklyn knowing that he is providing people with the very best service and information possible. Smart, easygoing and hard working, he has a great personality and a natural way of building strong relationships with the diverse clientele he represents. Trust is key to success, he feels, as is really listening and getting to the heart of what someone wants.

Originally from Brooklyn where he still resides, Adam studied International Business and French at American University. He is proficient in the French and Hebrew languages, and enjoys traveling the world to experience different cultures. In free time Adam also loves theater and biking around the city.

Sarah's Bio:

While originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Sarah spent much of her youth traveling abroad and living in some very unique destinations. “My father was an economic consultant and brought the family along to Rowanda and Albania so we saw the direct relationship of urban planning and economic security in these countries,” she says. “It gave me a tremendous sense of respect for the time and resources of others who make sacrifices to buy their piece of the American Dream.”

Sarah helps clients see the big picture when evaluating neighborhoods and buildings. “I feel like I am helping them to tell the story of who they are,” Sarah says. Sarah’s background in interior design stems from running both the San Francisco and New York branch’s of a home staging, interior design, and home furnishings company, (Studio D). One of the biggest assets of having a previous interior designer as your broker, is that interior designers are trained to interpret a client’s personality and verbal desires, into a space. Many times we don’t know exactly what we want until we start looking, but having someone with experience in this technique, can really help jump start the process. “I am notorious for finding those hidden gems in neighborhoods they can grow in.”

A natural adventurer, Sarah is always on the go. “This city is about juxtaposition—I’m not into cookie cutter high rises but I love seeing how people decorate townhomes and brownstones with such charm and attention to detail. It’s a lot like how New Yorkers dress—there’s always a twist of some sort to personalize it.”

Sarah’s extensive knowledge of the city and her appreciation for its wide ranging architectural vocabulary is a help for anyone looking to find the ideal setting for their New York story.

I was pretty stressed when I knew moving was in my future. I called Adam on a property and he asked me a series of questions to understand my needs. We scheduled an appointment a few days later, and he took me to see about 8 apartments. I knew there was one that I really liked, but I wanted to see some more to make sure it was the right one. After my second day out, Adam took me around the West Village for another few hours, which reaffirmed that the place I saw on the first day out was just what I wanted. I applied, and Sarah helped negotiate my rent down $100/month. In the end, I got the right apartment, at the right price.

I had a rough start to my apartment search. I went through a few brokers, who continued to waste my time and not listen to my boundaries. Adam and Sarah knew their inventory and found me exactly what I was looking for in the first three properties they showed me. I love my new apartment, and couldn't thank them more!
