It was really great to work with Santiago. He answered my emails/calls promptly and showed me a large selection of apartments. He knows the Upper West Side area very well and helped me get an amazing deal on a studio. I would definitely recommend him!

First of let me start by saying that I was very clear on what I wanted. So my husband and I made an apt. to see an apt with Santiago. As we come up to the building a huge argument has started on the streets between people who lived in the building we were seeing and people across the street. We get to the stairs and here kids being loud on both sides of the apt. I tell him this will not work. He asked me if I wanted to see the place just to compare sizes with other ones. I didn't want to waste him time so I agreed. We get to the door and he doesn't have the keys. Then he asks if we'd like to to see this other apt. We start walking and something tells me to as about pets. I was totally upfront about that. As I'm walking something tells me to ask about it. He then says "oh the landlord is fanatical about pets. They aren't allowed" He then says, "Sorry well there's the subway across street." Said he'd be in contact, and have't heard from him since
