Santiago Steele

Since joining Citi Habitats, Santiago Steele has used his extensive background in marketing and publicity to become one of the company’s top producing rental and sales agents. He possesses a passion for New York City Real Estate, its architecture and its distinct, colorful tastes and cultures. Santiago also has an in-depth knowledge of every Manhattan neighborhood, from Battery Park City all the way to the top of the island.

Santiago offers a solid understanding of the real estate market and of the importance of facilitating the smoothest transactions possible. In addition, his creative marketing skills guarantee results. He has an uncanny ability to look at a property, notice the many tiny details that matter to a prospective buyer or tenant-from the quality of the doorknobs to the to-die-for bagel shop on the corner-and tailor his marketing approach accordingly.

A native of California, Santiago holds a degree in Industrial Arts from San Francisco State University, and is currently pursuing an MS in Sustainability Management at Columbia University, with an emphasis on green real estate development.

In addition to being a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, he is fluent in Spanish, has traveled extensively, and has lived and worked for extended periods in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This experience has given him an additional edge in the marketplace because of his unique insights into the needs of foreign relocation clients, as well as investors.
