Santiago is without a doubt the best broker I have ever worked with. I came to him with some pretty picky requirements and he found me exactly what I was looking for- I signed the lease for the first place we looked at and I'm still happy here.

Something I really appreciate- 2 years passed after I signed the lease and we hadn't spoken afterwards. One day I called him out of the blue to ask him a question about the market (I was considering looking for another apartment). I know people, especially brokers, are busy people so I doubted he would remember me or even pick up my random call but I figured it was worth a shot. Santiago picked up my call the first time, dropped everything to have a nice conversation with me, and remembered all personal details I had shared years ago. I don't know how he remembered who I am let alone all that! Since then, we speak more frequently because I connect him with so many of my friends or anyone I know who is looking. I never feel like he's too busy to talk to me- he always gives me the time of day no matter what I want to discuss.

I also like working with Santiago because he has a really great personality. He is a rare combination of relaxed and not-pushy but also extremely professional at the same time. He's just the type of person you want to work with on something as personally important as finding a place to live.

Every time I hear someone is looking for a place, I send them to Santiago every single time.

It was really great to work with Santiago. He answered my emails/calls promptly and showed me a large selection of apartments. He knows the Upper West Side area very well and helped me get an amazing deal on a studio. I would definitely recommend him!

First of let me start by saying that I was very clear on what I wanted. So my husband and I made an apt. to see an apt with Santiago. As we come up to the building a huge argument has started on the streets between people who lived in the building we were seeing and people across the street. We get to the stairs and here kids being loud on both sides of the apt. I tell him this will not work. He asked me if I wanted to see the place just to compare sizes with other ones. I didn't want to waste him time so I agreed. We get to the door and he doesn't have the keys. Then he asks if we'd like to to see this other apt. We start walking and something tells me to as about pets. I was totally upfront about that. As I'm walking something tells me to ask about it. He then says "oh the landlord is fanatical about pets. They aren't allowed" He then says, "Sorry well there's the subway across street." Said he'd be in contact, and have't heard from him since
