Sandy was great to work with! She fully understood that my roommate and I had a strict max budget, and she did not try to push us over that limit as we have experienced with many other brokers. She took the time to understand what types of apartments suited our interests and showed us a lot of great prospects. She is very knowledgable of all the options out there, and we would highly reccommend her to anyone looking for a place!

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Sandy showed me exactly what I asked for: super-efficient, super-friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I ended up going with a privately listed apartment, but she did a great job!

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Sandy is absolutely amazing!!

I messaged her inquiring about a listing. She called me that same day. Although the apartment I asked about was no longer available Sandy was able to help me find a place that was even better and fit all of my requirements.

Seriously, the very first place she showed me was a perfect match and now I'm getting ready to move into my very first apartment in my choice neighborhood.

Looking for apartments and meeting with brokers can be overwhelming but Sandy was really considerate and responsive during the entire process. She answered all of my questions with detail. I highly recommend her, especially if this is your first time looking for a place.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

I had 1 week to find an apartment in NYC when visiting from Albany. At first I tried the no fee no broker route and was left feeling morbid at the crappy apartments I saw (think no stove, no kitchen sink, no closets, maybe 200 sq ft). I finally broke down and got a broker realizing that I was about to be out of time and homeless.

I contacted Sandy from a list of apartments on the Citi Habitats website that I liked and a list of hopes/requirements for my new studio or one bedroom. She was super professional and has incredible relationships with landlords. The places she showed me were worlds away from the places I saw earlier.

In less than a couple of hours she found me an awesome big, pet friendly one bedroom apartment in an amazing neighborhood with fabulous closets - what more can I girl ask for? The process was a bit crazy - literally racing against another prospective renter to get in the application, but I won because of Sandy's relationship with the landlord.

I would highly recommend working with Sandy when you are looking for your next place in Manhattan!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Very helpful! Extremely and uncannily knowledgeable about the entire west side of Manhattan. If it's out there, Sandy knows it.

I did not rent an apartment from this agent.

Sandy went above and beyond her duties as a broker to be accommodating and pleasant. The management company was horrifying to deal with but Sandy did her best to make up for what they lacked. I definitely recommend her as a broker and just a nice person to speak with!

I rented an apartment from this agent.
