Sam Eliakamal's market knowledge and extensive property and neighborhood analysis saves his real estate clients time in their apartment hunting. Equally important is the care he takes to understand each person's needs, which gives him even greater focus when it comes to finding the right home.
"To be successful in real estate, you must always put your clients' best interests first," Sam believes. "The customer service skills I've gained over the years enables me to put myself in other people's shoes and act effectively on my clients' behalf."
Born in New York and of Persian descent, Sam began working at the age of 14. He attended SUNY Farmingdale and CUNY Queens College, then held positions at a stock firm doing sales, and at a construction company managing projects. Sam has been described by his clients and coworkers as being personable, diligent, persistent, professional, and always willing to go beyond to get the best job done.
Fluent in Farsi and English, Sam loves the multi-cultural aspect of New York, as well as the endless things to see and do. "You never stop learning about NYC," he says. "The fast-paced lifestyle and unlimited potential, especially in the real estate field, inspire me every day."
