I have lived in Manhattan and the outer boroughs for the better part of 12 years; Chelsea, Midtown East, Lower East Side, Harlem, Prospect Heights, Sunnyside...just a few of the neighborhoods I've called home. Being on the other side of the agent/client relationship all those times taught be valuable lessons. The foremost being that time is valuable and I like to be heard the first time. Personality and positivity count for a lot. Transitioning from high end sales to real estate I made a commitment to take my drive for the best customer service possible and bring it to every person I meet, regardless of their budget.
