Sabra grew up in the French Riviera. She came in the United States for the first time in 2008 and fell in love with the charm of New York City.

In France she studied law and real estate and got her broker's license. She had various experiences in sales, rentals, vacation rentals, and building management.
A dynamic and hard worker, Sabra decided to pursue her passion for real estate in the city that she loves.
She started her career in NYC as an office manager in one of the biggest brokerage in the city.  She loved the contact with clients and decided to be an agent, to work with them on a full time basis.
She loves being out of the office meeting new people, and helping them find not only a place to live, but a real home.

"The most important thing for me is always that my client find the best deal, and secure it in the smoothest way possible. If you are looking for your new home, call, text or email me. I would love to share my enthusiasm and assist you in finding the place that fits with your real estate needs."

Sabra is awesome and so sweet! She was very helpful during the apartment process and made it much less intimidating for us. She guided us through the process since it was our first time renting an apartment and made sure that the apartments we saw fit our budget. Definitely go with her..she's a gem in a city full of shitty brokers

Sabra was great. She was honest with us and showed us everything we wanted to see within the first day of meeting with her. When our first apartment fell through she had another one lined up for us right away. STRONGLY recommend her!

Sabra is a rare honest broker in a field of some pretty shady people. We were looking at several different places with several brokers, and she was so concerned with us finding a place that we'd love that she recommended we take a place with someone else.

Even though we didn't go with Sabra this time, I will be sure to contact her in the future. She'll help you know whats best for yourself.

I have been apartment hunting for about a month, and between the scam-ads and fee-brokers trying to sell me hot air, I became rather frustrated. Until I found Key New York Real Estate, and in particular Sabra and her colleague Desmond. I called in response to an ad, and Sabra invited me to their office. Instead of trying to offload their stock on me, they took time to understand what I wanted, and actually paid attention, and were immediately open and honest about what was genuinely available, and what not. Obviously they did not want to waste their time showing me loads of unsuitable places, nor did they want to waste mine. I highly highly recommend this agency. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and a great pleasure to deal with!

Sabra is reliable, friendly, hard working, flexible, and an absolutely wonderful broker. She worked for four days in a row trying to help me and my roommate find our dream apartment. Eventually, even after our third roommate backed out of the apartment search last minute, Sabra found us exactly what we were looking for. Sabra was on the phone with us every time anything needed to get done, was sending emails to our guarantor, and made sure to keep all lines of communication open at all times. She is truly the best broker I have EVER worked with.

Searching for an apartment with Sabra was very quick and painless. I met with her and discussed my desired price range and area, we looked at a few places, I picked the one I liked, I filled out an app and put down a deposit and that was that! She was always curious of my feedback on each apartment we viewed and never pushed on a particular one.

Sabra had posted a few apartments I was interested in with my roommate, and I contacted her via Craigslist.

She was polite, courteous, and helpful. I had been searching for awhile, and had lived in NYC so I knew what I wanted and what I didn't. My roommate had a few more wants: no higher than third floor in a walk up, A/C unit included, below 23rd, full kitchen, and a large space.

The large space part was where all of our other brokers got held up. It felt like no other broker would listen to us. We didn't WANT to go above our price range. We wanted to spend what we could. We didn't care that the "perfect" apartment was only a few hundred more. We couldn't spend that.

When I met with Sabra, she found a place that she said was perfect. East Village, first floor walk up, building with character, A/C, and large space. I didn't believe her that it was priced and what it was, but I was sick and weak (food poisoning sucks), and went to go view the place with Kelvin.

WOAH. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was mine. The place was in the location I wanted, the price I wanted, and it was big enough to have both me and my roommate with bedrooms (we had to build a wall, but we knew that was going to happen). It was great! I felt such a great relief, and Kelvin drove me back to the office to celebrate and sign papers.

Most brokers would put up a fight with negotiating and working with the renters, but Sabra didn't. She knew we weren't made of money, and never once tried to take advantage of us and screw us. She made the process fast and efficient. She handled all of the questions from my roommate (who lived out of state at the time) with aplomb. She was professional and understanding.

I can't say enough about Sabra, Kelvin, and Desmond. The staff at Key New York is top notch. They really were the best brokers I have ever worked with.

To put it in a few words: Sabra is a BOSS. Yes, we just capitalized that.

One sunny Saturday afternoon, my roommate and I embarked on an apartment hunt into the depths of SoHo, Greenwich Village and the West Village. Anyone who has ever navigated the craze that is the NYC housing market knows how stressful the experience can be, particularly when you have to deal with the average disengaged city broker who is chatting away on his Blackberry and has to hurry off to his next appointment at any minute. Well, for the lucky few who get to deal with Sabra, the hunt turns into something akin to a picnic excursion with friends.

Sabra is an upbeat and very refreshing lady who goes to great lengths to make the search as enjoyable and efficient for you as possible. For a total of three hours, she guided us through various places, always eager to get our feedback, which she communicated back over the phone to her colleague Desmond at the Key office. Desmond in turn suggested the next few apartments to see, based on our feedback, and off we were. If you have ever seen any of the Matrix movies (central command operator on the phone with Trinity in the Matrix, giving instructions), it is a little like that. These guys are a dream team and they really know their stuff.

All in all, Sabra will give you very honest recommendations and makes your personal interest and success her top priority. Unlike most brokers who drop you if you turn out not to be an easy sell, Sabra followed up multiple times to check in on us (which we immensely appreciated). She has a great sense of humor, a lot of energy and a constant smile on her face. Oh, and did we mention she wears amazing kicks?

Even though we ended up renewing our lease at our previous apartment for another year, we had a phenomenal experience with Sabra and will be sure to contact her in the future if we ever need to move. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a search experience that is truly personable and enjoyable. The world badly needs a few more Sabras.

Sabra is amazing and made moving to NYC easier than I could have imagined! I sent an email with my preferences on a Saturday afternoon and within hours I was at their office and looking at the perfect place that I rented the next morning. Excellent customer service can be challenging to find, but you will find it with them. If you're looking to move to NYC I would recommend calling Key New York and ask for Sabra. Thank you for all the help! Jenny

Sabra is very knowledgeable and honest. She answered all of my questions and pointed out several things I had not thought of. I trust her to find the right place for me, and if I ever decide to move again, I will begin my search by placing a call to Sabra!

Sabra was great. She worked tirelessly trying to find apartments that fit our criteria and budget. Sabra even showed us apartments on weekends and called us as soon as new apartments come on the market. I was particularly impressed by her focus on detail; after we viewed an apartment she asked us what we liked and disliked about it and then used that information as part of future searches. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment. The only reason we didn't end up renting through her was because our current landlord agreed to extend our lease for another year. The next time we are looking for an apartment, Sabra will be our first phone call.

Sabra and Desmond at KEY did a great job of modifying our search with each apartment we saw with them. They listened to what we were looking for and did thier best to show us places as soon as they came to the market. I appreciated their patients and respect for our budget.
