Ryan Moghadasian thinks of his real estate career as a marathon, not a sprint. Not only does he give his work and his clients his full focus; his patience, persistence and determination always get him to the finish line as a results-driven agent.
Clients consider Ryan one of the most creative and communicative agents they've ever worked with. Honest and knowledgeable, he is diligent about getting the latest information on the market, previewing properties that he feels would best suit his customers, and being direct about the pros and cons of the various choices. "Being straightforward with a client is the best way to earn their trust because they know you are looking out for their best interests."
A New York native from Long Island, Ryan has lived in Murray Hill and the East Village on St. Mark's Place. He loves the varying architecture in the different neighborhoods, and is especially fascinated by the beauty of prewar buildings. Ryan is studying Real Estate Development at Baruch College with a minor in Psychology, both areas of study he is passionate about and feels are extremely valuable in his work. He previously gained client service experience as an associate director for a very prestigious event designer in New York handling a myriad of research, marketing and client relations duties.
Ryan thoroughly enjoys his work and is active in his industry. He regularly attends real estate panels, networks extensively, arranges for top Miron brokers to speak at Baruch, and even recruits actively for the firm. Beyond business, he loves playing sports and spending time with his friends.
