After nearly two months of searching for an apartment in the city and watching apartment after apartment get rented right after I visited them, I decided to get in touch with Citi Habitats. Ryan responded to my inquiry within an hour and setup several walk-throughs for the next couple days. Ryan is prompt and motivated to get you living in your new home at your own pace. He made the apartment hunt process so easy for my girlfriend and I and now we love where we're living. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to make this process quick and painless.

Ryan was a top notch pro with helping in my search for a new place. After working with a lot of brokers that led to dead ends, he gave me the attention that I hope all future clients receive. He made this whole experience worth while, seamless and stress free. I've never been to Astoria or lived out of LI before, so this was a big change for me. While I was skeptical in my choice, he even showed me other apartments to put my mind at ease in contrast to what I am beyond happy to call "home" now. I see nothing but the best in Ryan and will do everything I can to ensure every one I know that is considering Astoria/NYC, work with him.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Ryan is the best broker I have ever dealt with. He is very courteous and driven and helped me and my roommates throughout the whole process. Ryan was even helpful with our lease contract and renovations with the apartment before we moved in. My overall experience working with Ryan was fantastic and I would not recommend any other real estate broker. I have even recommended him to other friends moving to New York City.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Ryan helped me and my wife relocate in Manhattan. We are both very detail oriented and he was absolutely diligent in intersecting all of our criteria (which can be difficult in NYC) into his search process until we found that place that hit all points.

Throughout the process Ryan demonstrated a level of professionalism, follow-up, attention to detail, commitment to our goals, trust, and general positivity not usually associated all together with Manhattan real estate agents. He will surely continue developing in his career as an agent focused on quality over quantity, and the importance of results toward relationships in New York City real estate.

I rented an apartment from this agent.
