Ryan says, “I believe that the greatest level of appreciation is achieved when we learn the history behind the places we love most. New York is constantly growing and changing. The more I learn about the history of the city, the more driven I am to become a part of its story. At the end of my career, I want to look out at the skyline and say ‘I helped shape that.’”   Ryan’s critical thinking, discerning eye, and creative problem solving will ensure that your needs will be understood, catered to, and exceeded.  Here’s what one client had to say: “He is an absolute pleasure to work with as he transformed a stressful searching process into a manageable educational experience allowing me to reach a comfortable decision while working through numerous options. I will be referring friends and family to Ryan in the future as I believe he will continue set himself apart from the competition…”

Where do I start? The beginning, I guess.

First impressions are everything to me. Ryan was well-dressed - wore a suit and tie. He was friendly, courteous... Not your typical realtor stiff. He was a personable guy.

Looking at apartments, he listened to what I wanted and showed me a few places that fit exactly what I said within my price range. Then he showed me something a little different... Instead of all stainless in the kitchen, this place had wood paneling with butcher-block counters.

Done and done.

This guy knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew it. I hadn't even CONSIDERED that combination for a kitchen before, but somehow he knew I'd love it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Trust me... You want to work with Ryan. He knows what he's doing.

I rented an apartment from this agent.
