Rosemary began her career real estate as a property manager's/landlord's assistant, learning about leases and the application process, interacting with tenants, and gaining an insider's perspective of the real estate business. This enlightening and rewarding experience set the course for her career as an agent with Citi Habitats.
Rosemary loves being the go-to resource for clients looking to move within New York City, or settle here for the first time. She specializes in lower Manhattan neighborhoods, with a focus on Chelsea, the West Village and Greenwich Village. Her consultative style, market knowledge and comprehensive service from the search to the negotiations, paperwork preparation and close of the deal gets results and wins loyal clients.
A New York City native and current resident, Rosemary attended New York University. She first studied the sciences, then created her own concentration around psychological trauma, with a minor in child psychology. While at NYU, Rosemary worked in education with grades K through 5. Her love of helping others was also demonstrated in roles in client relations and human resources. Fascinated with languages, Rosemary is fluent in English and Spanish, conversant in French, and is interested in learning Italian, Portuguese and other languages as she loves to communicate with all types of people. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer, particularly to benefit children. Rosemary gave time to the Child Life Department at Bellevue Hospital engaging children in medical play to help relieve their anxieties regarding upcoming surgeries, plus co-taught a mental health workshop at Bard High School to teach students about stress reduction, peer pressures, anxiety, and positive psychology to help them adjust to the stressors they encounter.
