As an experienced financial professional, former business owner, and mother of two raising a family in Manhattan, Ronni Roth offers real estate clients a unique understanding of how to successfully buy, sell or rent a home in New York City.
Ronni’s prestigious professional background includes experience as an accountant and manager with Arthur Andersen, where she developed an in-depth knowledge base of economic and financial issues. This experience allows her to offer clients advice on the intricacies of real estate transactions, and has equipped her with unparalleled negotiation skills. Prior to moving to New York more than a decade ago, Ronni owned several restaurants in Pennsylvania, which she built from the ground up, negotiating land leases, hiring contractors, arranging financing and overseeing a large staff. Her skill at managing large projects and building genuine relationships serves her well in the real estate industry, where she is known for her outgoing, positive attitude and her commitment to going the extra mile on behalf of every client she represents.
Whether working with buyers, sellers or renters, Ronni listens closely in order to understand exactly what each client hopes to achieve, and then works tirelessly to ensure their goals are met or surpassed.
“Whether as an accountant, a restaurant owner, or a volunteer, I have always loved working with people,” says Ronni. “This job combines my two loves: exploring the world of real estate, and getting to know a wide range of people every day.
Originally from Dix Hills, New York, Ronni is a longtime resident of the Upper East Side, where she is a member of the Temple Israel of New York and has two children attending private schools. She possesses a broad understanding of the real estate market throughout Manhattan, with a particular knowledge base of family apartments on the Upper East Side, including both sales and rentals.
A graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Accounting, Ronni volunteers in her neighborhood in many capacities, including serving food to and visiting the elderly, acting as a grade representative at her children's schools, and working with parent associations.
