Lifelong New Yorker Ronen Agadi was born in Kew Gardens, Queens and has spent most of his life living in the greater New York City area.
An Upper West Side/Morningside Heights/South Harlem and Upper East Side rental and sales specialist who’s been working in these neighborhoods since 2004, Ronen focuses on Prewar, Brownstone and Hi-Rise buildings mainly in the area from the 50s to 125th Street on the West and East Sides. He has found that zeroing in on these neighborhoods allows him to know the inventory 100 percent, as opposed to just looking at a database description. All of Ronen’s clients have been impressed with his knowledge and ability to find the most obscure apartments to fit their particular requirements.
Ronen has a passion for what he does and he works hard to get his clients the apartments they like. Contributing to his success are his relationships with landlords and other brokers. After a few years focusing on rentals, Ronen has now moved more into the sales side of the business, while at the same time increasing his rental output.
Upon graduation from Binghamton University in May 2002, he took a year off to travel alone throughout Israel, Turkey, Europe and Morocco and has since travelled throughout Central America and the Far East including Thailand and Japan. This experience has given him a worldly outlook and much knowledge of other countries and their cultures. Real estate offers him the chance to work and meet many interesting people from all over the world; in addition, he gets to see remarkable apartments while exploring the city.
In addition, Ronen is fluent in Hebrew and Farsi and conversant in Spanish.
Ronen offers this advice: “Relax. I will find you a place that works for you. Don’t make yourself crazy working with too many brokers. Concentrate on a neighborhood or two that you like and stick with them.”
