The beauty of the real estate business is that it draws on many aspects of a person’s talents. Thus, the best agents have a diverse professional background in which they’ve developed such traits as business savvy, negotiation know-how, amiability, patience and a knack for customer service. This is especially true for Ronnie Barron.

Before working in Real Estate, Ronnie worked in the Entertainment Industry for year as a field coordinator on major reality shows. He also worked as a fundraiser for the ACLU were he was in contact with the general public as well as major coporations.

"Being a real estate agent allows me to be my own boss, set my own hours, meet a variety of interesting people and not be stuck in a cubicle. My experience in the Entertainment & Public Service industries allows me to communicate effieciant and effectively with all types of people."

Ronnie’s knack for real estate stems from his rapport with people of all ages, incomes, backgrounds and professions and his complete honesty with his business. It also comes from his love of helping people. Whether it’s a citizen fighting for their rights or a couple in need of the perfect apartment to start a family in, Ronnie does his best to help people in need. He is also an environmentalist and is enthusiastic about helping New York City residents go "green."

Total miracle worker! I'm a student from california moving to new York for pharmacy school and I needed to find an apt fast. I plannee a five day trip to new york thinking apt hunting shouldn't be too difficult but that was totally wrong. I landed on a monday got enough time to settle in and started straight to apt hunting with Ronnie and his partner. I came witg my grandmother so while navigating new york is very fast paced hustle and bustle they were really nice and accommodating to us and watching out for us. I absolutely loved the first unit I was shown, but being unfamiliar with how fast things go here we just kept looking at more listings which I also loved as well, but didn't compare to the first.
By the time I decided to put in an application, someone else had beat me to it. I was glad to find out another unit was available in that bulding though and ronnie was right on it trying to get me first dibs always calling the management company to follow up and stay on top of them to get me in because I was on such a time crunch. We kept looking around to keep my options open, but you know once you see what you want its hard to imagine anything else. By day three we found two more options which became my second and third choices. Might I remind you I came straight from a plane to having three options by day three. Ronnie was soo awesome fighting for my number one option but also making sure I would have options to choose from. They said it that they were working some magic to do this for me and they were right. While worrying that none of my applications would be done on time and worrying I may have to change my flight and extend this trip I was completely stressed out but by day 4 I had been approved for three apts one of which was my number one choice. I was soo happy Ronnie and his partner could make this happen for me. I can't emphasize how much these guys went above and beyond for me. My lease is now signed and I can fly home on schedule at ease. These guys are more than just brokers theyre friends. I completely would recommend Ronnie to anyone. This guy does wonders. Nothing is ever impossible I now totally see because I signed a lease in four days.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Ron really went the extra mile with us, he listened to what we had to say and didn't try to push anything on us. He found us the BEST APARTMENT in Harlem and we appreciate him!!

Working with Ronnie was GREAT! Moving here from North Carolina I had NO idea what my money would get me here in the city. I had a 3 bedroom in a gated community for $1100 so paying $2500 for a box in the west village was hard to swallow. Ronnie was very patient with me. The way he broke it down really made sense he basically said the whole world want to live on this 7 mile island and its very simple supply and demand. After that I put thing in perspective, I realized that I wasn't Carrie Bradshaw, this wasn't Sex & the City and I opened myself up to more realistic options. I ultimately went with a unit in chelsea that had just came on the market the same day I rented it. I would definitely recommend Mr.Barron
