If other agents and brokers were as professional, knowledgable, and understanding as Rolan is, finding an apartment in NYC would be so much easier. Rolan took the time to understand my situation, assess what areas and apartments fits my needs both from a space, and lifestyle perspective. When it comes to Williamsburg, Rolan is the Mayor. Everyone locally seems to know him, trust him, a and respect him. If you're looking for a place on the Northside of Brooklyn, you're doing yourself a disservice if you're not talking to him first!
