I worked with a few brokers from Naked Apartments before I met up with Rocco. He knew exactly what I was looking for, easy to talk to, and got the job done. Highly recommended.

Just signed leases for my new apartment in the UWS. My brother used Rocco last month and refereed him to me.

Rocco knows alot about the neighborhood and we saw some really great apartments. The whole process was simple and quick. I will refer Rocco to anyone I know moving.

Rocco was referred to us when my girlfriend and I decided to get a place together.

He knows everything about the UWS and showed us great apartments. He spent the whole weekend with us and by the middle of the week we were signing leases.

Rocco is super knowledgeable about rentals and the condos buildings. We have a great apartment and when we plan to buy I will work with him again.

I just received an angry and rather loud voicemail from this broker, which just for fun I may record and post online for anyone interested in listening. Please note that in the voicemail he claims that we did state our price range and that he felt it was not realistic.

I double checked the email thread and confirmed we did NOT state a price range. The original mail was in response to one of his listings (which happens to be in the price range he states is unrealistic).

This broker declined to provide information on the unit we emailed about and instead recommended we "stay put" and stated a price range that I suspect was intended to frighten us away from the neighborhood we are targeting.

I have to admit to being a bit taken aback by a broker dissuading a prospect from moving by citing pricing that would be too expensive, when we did not mention our budget.

Perhaps some confusion since we said we were looking for a place with no broker's fees (which this sites markets itself as providing), that I imagine might lead some brokers to think that a prospect is cash-strapped and an unattractive client.

Good news is that thus far other brokers have been very helpful.
