I recently worked with AC Lawrence to find an apartment in Midtown. I worked with Robert and Alexandru and they were both amazing and ended up finding us the perfect place. Coming from someone who has worked with PLENTY of brokers over the years and seen what seems like hundreds of apartments either out of our price range or in the wrong area, it was refreshing to work with two people who understand your needs and are willing to find what it is YOU want as opposed to whatever listings they have. Robert had such a great way of not just showing us an apartment but helping us weigh the pros and cons of each to really compare and decide which was right for us. It's such a stressful situation to find an apartment in NYC, it's wonderful to have two people helping you through the process and not pushing you into anything that you're not satisfied with.

Robert has been very courteous and eager to help. Even though I cannot meet with him for a couple months he was happy to set up an appointment to meet and help me as soon as I'm available. He has promptly and politely answered all of my questions and I'm looking forward to meeting with him.

Robert was fantastic! From the second he responded(literally 2min after i sent my inquiry), to the moment he offered to stop by my work to pick up the paperwork so i didnt miss out on an apt, robert went out of his way to show me as many apartments as he could in my limited schedule, even when it started to rain. By far the best and most honest broker I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
