Robert Del Prado

Robert del Prado is an honest, approachable and knowledgeable real estate professional who really enjoys educating his clients on all aspects of the market – from talking about what particular neighborhoods have to offer to how to design smaller spaces. His mission is to not only achieve your unique goals, but to develop strong relationships while working efficiently and effectively. 

Robert's solid experience in the private and public sector affords him a natural ability to connect with a diversity of clients. He formerly worked as a recruiter, as well as in education and non-profits which included being a school administrator prior to entering real estate. 

Robert's passion for architecture, design and investment aspects of the industry drew him to become an agent. Having owned a condo himself gives him personal perspective as well when it comes to finding both a home and a good value. 

Originally from Queens and raised in New Jersey, Robert holds a BA in English from Fordham University and a Master of Public Administration from New York University. He has lived in Queens for most of his life, and currently resides in Harlem. Robert specializes mainly on the West Side of Manhattan, from the West Village to Chelsea, to the Upper West Side, Harlem and Queens. Robert's favorite things to do outside of work include running, practicing yoga, writing (especially for his blog: stickballnintendopepsi.wordpress.com), and volunteering as an ESL teacher to adult immigrant students. He also does educational consulting for districts and schools.
