Meet Richard

Richard's interest in real estate began as a part time investor and grew into a full time obsession.  He is familiar with every corner of the city and has an encyclopedic knowledge of its neighborhoods, transportation hubs and entertainment choices. Richard's creative instincts, well honed organization skills and tireless work ethic are an asset to every client he works with.  A self described "professional communicator”, Richard is both a great listener and keen negotiator and these skills give him the ability to turn his client’s housing wishes into reality.  He thrives on the challenge of combing the streets of NYC in search of the right home for each person and his credo is: “it is my mission to find you a home you will love”.
