review date 11/24/2012My lease was expiring this month and I needed a place ASAP. I was looking for something at a reasonable price- and while I was far from picky at this point, I needed a clean place within my budget, somewhere in the East Village or LES. I met with Richard, had a five minute meeting with him, then we were off to look at my options. I picked the second option- the one he said I would like. I put in an application, he negotiated an early move in date, I was approved and I moved in within three days. I doubt all deals are this easy but this one was fast and straight.

review date 10/24/2012Richard is a no ordinary broker. He managed to work with my extreme finickiness and find my perfect place in SOHO. Though I gave him an impossible list of demands,he still was able to find places to show me! He will not waste your time! He only showed me places that fit my specific criteria and I really appreciated that! It seemed like he really put thought into what apartments he was going to show me. I have worked with other brokers in the past and let me tell you, Richard is not like any other. He is honest, authentic, punctual, and genuine.
