About Me
Rhiannon’s passion for Real Estate started in 1999 when she was hired on with a custom home builder in Kansas City including Kansas and Missouri States, working closely with Buyers of every aspect. She realized that one of the most important factors of buying or building a home was obtaining a mortgage and gained knowledge by becoming more involved with the loan processor and in just a couple months, decided to further her education & career by obtaining her Mortgage Broker License where we could create more value to her business. After developing her skills and creating a balance for both roles, she was recognized 2 years in a row for the most sales in office.
In 2003, Rhiannon took her business to North East Florida her hometown of St. Augustine and opened a Mortgage Broker Business and created a “One Stop” Real Estate environment consisting of Home Loans, Real Estate, Title, Appraisal & Insurance Services to make it a stress free, easy transition for the Home Buying process.
In just a couple of years, the company flourished and became a house hold name which generated repeat clients and referrals that helped her hire a full team of loan officers, originators and processors. By 2008, she had custom built 2 luxury Golf Course Community Homes, and invested in rental properties that she took on complete renovation projects and learned hands on.
In 2010, through her networking connections, an opportunity was offered for her to take her skills to the mecca of Real Estate, none other than New York City. After 3 different Real Estate and Mortgage licenses totaling 6 thus far, this was an honor and an exciting challenging journey which led her to Long Island City as the top rental agent with a team of 5. August 2012 she was referred to Elliman for her experience and work ethic to be with the best of the best in Manhattan. She is proud to announce her new home with Elliman and is looking forward to the most rewarding career yet, right in New York City with the LoRusso Team.
