Renee was awesome! I contacted her a few months before my apartment search and she said she'd get back to me closer to the move-in date. As promised, I got an email from her exactly one month before my desired lease start date. Unlike a lot of other brokers I talked to, Renee actually listened to what I was looking for in an apartment and a neighborhood and didn't try to sway me to consider options that I was uncomfortable with. When I said Upper East Side, she didn't try to put me in East Harlem. She kept me updated on the whole process when I was waiting to hear back from apartments and was always quick to respond to my questions, which was helpful since I was out of state throughout most of the process. She was very professional and attentive, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat! Also, once my boyfriend and I signed the lease, she gave us a housewarming present that was very thoughtful. Thank you, Renee!

I rented an apartment from this agent.
