Ravi made my experience of renting an apartment in NYC smooth and easy. As another reviewer wrote, I believe Ravi's strength as an agent is that he listens and responds to your requests. We saw about 5 places with him, all within our price range and matching at least some of our needs. He worked with us starting about a month before our move in date (which is difficult in the city) and never pressured us into a place. He was honest, reliable and professional and even suggested that we could be eligible for discounts offered by Citi Habitats.
I would also stress that we were not looking for very expensive apartments, but he still put in the time and effort to help us find a perfect place.
Overall a fantastic experience and I would (and will) recommend his services to anybody looking for a place.

I rented an apartment from this agent.

I work in the luxury retail business and have an incredibly high standard for service. Ravi met and even exceeded my expectations. I usually get a broker that does not listen to my needs and shows me places that have no relevance to my needs. Ravi showed me about 7-10 places and ALL of them were in my price range and met at least some of my requirements! Ravi was great at following up and managed my expectations and guided me through the process with ease and confidence! I HIGHLY recommend him!

I rented an apartment from this agent.
