Randy was excellent - a very kind, helpful broker. Finding a great apartment in NYC that fits your budget as well as all your needs is quite difficult. Originally, we thought we would just have to settle on the first "OK" apartment we could find...but that was before we worked with Randy. He was with us every step of the way, helping us to find the perfect apartment. We highly suggest anyone reading this review should utilize Randy in their search for an apartment.

It was great working with Randy. He really listened and understood my needs - showing me properties that were in my price range and met all of my criteria (and I'm fussy! so quite a tough ask). He found me a great apartment and made the whole move so easy for me - I'd strongly recommend!

I rented an apartment from this agent.

Randy was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me and exactly what my needs were. He was able to introduce me to different areas I wasn't even looking at, that he knew would be a good fit. He made my move stress free, I highly recommend him!
