Testimonials:
You are very personable and a great pleasure to work with, well informed about the city rental market and you really took the time and effort to determine the right balance of location, type of unit and price. We appreciate your diligence – working two weekends in a row – to show us a lot of possibilities. She now has a nice apartment in a super neighborhood.

Philip is organized, punctual, and thinks of creative ways to market the apartment. He priced the apartment well and went above and beyond to be helpful. Plus, he is just a good deal-maker. I'm sure he would be equally as helpful were he representing the buyer too.
