From Battery Park to Inwood, Peter Schoen has a broad knowledge of Manhattan's neighborhoods and property inventory. This valuable insight allows him to quickly and properly match buyers and renters to the right homes based upon their unique lifestyle needs and budget.
'Knowing your product and how to manage your clients' expectations is crucial to a successful real estate transaction,' he says. 'Whether I'm working with high-end buyers seeking or selling a luxury home or college students getting their first apartment, my focus is to create confidence with my expertise, and provide honesty and transparency so there are no surprises or disappointments.'
Peter has been in the sales and service business all his life since attending college in Kansas City. Originally from Denver Colorado, he was ultimately drawn to New York and purchased an apartment in Chelsea where he currently resides. 'Finding an apartment in Manhattan does not have to be stressful. By choosing a broker who is up on the market and what it offers, it should and can be a painless, enjoyable task.'
Outside of real estate, Peter is a musician of over 26 years, and recently hosted a benefit for the victims of Aurora. He is also involved with the Washington Heights Chamber of Commerce.
